So. I would like to know. How many of you guys have tried to go get this mount? And how many tries did it take to obtain it?
Been doing 101 runs alone on my rogue, only to see two of the epic swords to drop.
Two days ago, my brother went in there with his priest, who were level 48 at the time.
The mount dropped, but sadly he did not win it, tho kinda annoying to see it drop for him on the first try as well. :/
RNG is a badass, which makes me wanna quit farming this glorious mount.

I got it on my 12th Rivendare kill on my Death Knight.

Haven't bothered doing it since then rofl.

saw it drop in vanilla (lol at abysmal droprates back then and into early bc) never saw it again despite the major buff to droprate. Probably killed him atleast 200 times, mostly played horde until I recently started playing again, so I've never really had the urge to farm all that much.

Don't feel bad I have been in there over a hundred times easily and never even seen it. I got to the point where I was certain they removed it but according to wow head it is in there. I gave up farming it

Got it on the 6th attempt or something while testing my friend's DK.

I got it on the first run with my DK a long time ago. I was actually trying to get the sword, but the mount decided to drop instead.

got it back in 2007 (early tbc) within ~260 runs or so.
sword within about 56 (extra) runs.

It is certainly still in there. Seen it drop two days ago, as earlier posted, when watching my brother playing his priest.

funny thing is that day i was lucky enough to get Anzu's reins, and for the hell of it, decided to do the baron run soon after. lo and behold, the first baron kill dropped them.

got it on my DK 2nd run though for nearly a year before that i farmed it on my druid, must have done it 200+ times and never saw it drop, and was doing runs in there on my DK for argent rep and it dropped 2nd run ]

edit: the mount sucks on horde though, it just looks like the undead racial mount, the only difference is colour which no one ever really notices, looks cool when you're aliance though.

Think I killed him like 30 times, and the one when I got him I was so frustrating and was yelling before boss like : Stupid Rivendare give me my freakin horse....somehow it worked lol, cause I had it><
