There is a Pandaren starter zone that gets you to 10, correct?
Where do Pandaren go after that for each faction? I assume they can just hit one of the 10+ zones at that point?

Yeap, padaren can just hit of of the 10+ zones.

Pandaren are like Worgen and Goblins. After their starting zone they are dumped outside of a capital (Stormwind/Orgrimmar), do a quick "welcome" quest, and then can play just like any other member of their faction.

I'm assuming that Pandaren will be able to use heirlooms. Has Blizzard said they can't?
