Get rid of one of the monitors, get a 3570K instead of the 2500K and a 128GB M4 SSD instead of the 64GB SSD.

Don't prepare for parts 3 months in advance. There could be new CPU's and GPU's out by then that could change the game.

SSD/HDD prices could also drop 50% by then so who knows.

Just save up that money and come back at the end of July

<s>Bad advice IMO. I love dual monitors. Wouldn't give that up. Do you have any use for the 3570K? Are you doing heavy 3d rendering/ video editing? Because the 2500K is more than ample for gaming. And a 64GB SSD is just barely big enough for windows and program files. One game max. Just my 2copper.</s>

Wow my bad. Reading comp fail. But I still would recommend keeping dual monitors

I would go up from a 600W PSU btw. If you want to run SLI in the future, overclock, or add more drives, could be a little thin on 600.

    Why?

The i5 3570K is the follow-up to the 2500K. It is slightly faster and supports PCI-E 3.0, making it more "future proof". The "rendering cpu" is the 3770K.

And a 64GB SSD is just barely big enough for windows and program files. One game max.
    That's why I said get a 128GB one

Bad advice IMO. I love dual monitors. Wouldn't give that up.
The OP is missing a motherboard. That means that he will HAVE to get rid of one of the monitors to stay around 1000 dollars. I would recommend the AsRock Z77 Extreme4 or the Asus P8Z77-V LX, both are around 130 dollars.

I couldn't live without dual monitors and if you used them you would know why. It's just one of those things that seems stupid if you don't and indispensable if you do.

I think the why was more directed at the things he pointed out I was madly wrong about/misread in his post.
