so I changed my UI to ElvUI today, and since doing so several weird things have happened to my UI, most of which I've managed to fix. However, I've noticed a sort of invisible "wall" on my screen and when things are in this wall, I can't interact with them. For example, if an NPC is in this area, I can't click them or do anything. Here is a screen shot: (note: it's still in progress!)
Type /fstack and hover your mouse over the area; you might have an invisible panel from an addon that is blocking interaction. /fstack should tell you the name if that is the case.
