    Miami (the area featured in that video) had a recent incident where a man hyped up on drugs was found eating another mans face off. The victim was (and still is) alive. Most of his face is gone. So, no, we aren't "dumb as a pole." No one in that video believed he was a zombie. However odds are good they thought he might have been high on some drug.

    I'm sure you don't have any problems in your home country, though. Nothing like drugs or, oh say, a multi-national dept-crisis going.
