Not sure if this counts, but 2 Azmodan farms ago I vendored a fist weapon worth ~7mil only to buy it back later... It was late at night -_-

Got 25M for that item last night.
Got it in a drop in Inferno pony level.

I guess its the level requirement reduce.

Well it is really a level 60 item with 17 reduced ilevel req.
OT: Found a level 47 bow (No reduced level!) with 410 dps. Edit. It was reduced level by 10

I've found a few good items, but none that have sold really well, yet. And the only legendaries I've found have all been terrible.
But the best item I've found so far was a +all res +fire res high-dex med-vit bracer, sold for $5 on RMAH. :PWords that lots of people don't seem to know the definition of: Originally Posted by Precursor

Made my first few million buying level 60 weapons with the 'Reduced level requirement by X' bonus for 5-20k each. I got most for 10k. Then sold them a few weeks later when everyone caught on for 200-500k each.

Not on as large of scale as the rest of this thread, but I was farming the two towers quest in A3 to hit 60, and be able to start inferno mode. I was flat broke, basically living on gold/gear drops to pay for potions and repairs, to get more gold/gear drops. It was just a few minutes before I hit 60, I smashed some random bone pile on the ground, and found "Plans: Cataclysm". I was able to sell it for quite a bit of gold.
I'm still poor, but I was to start inferno with a pretty nice 1k dps staff
