Didn't know if this should be in General Discussion or Music, so here goes:
Learning guitar has always been a desire of mine, and I finally have the free time and money to do so now. Most of the online lessons and advice I've seen have recommended buying an electric guitar to learn on now, since the action tends to be lower so you can play longer at the beginning before you've developed finger callouses. Plus I just want an electric guitar :P
Anyways, my budget is 200$, so I've been finding a lot of basic guitars in that price range. One heavily recommended guitar I've seen is this Yamaha Pacifica. I'm learning towards buying that at the moment, but I wanted to see if you guys had any opinions on other good beginner guitars.
