ICC was awesome, long, but awesome.
Dragon Soul was boring. The boss mechanics were okay, but the dungeon overall was boring, especially the last boss, I don't know... The whole raid wasn't very appealing to me.

I ran DS once. Thought it sucked.
It was the first week of 4.3, killed deathwing only, the raid was short of a healer and against my will I helped them since they begged me so much. The day after that my sub ran out and I haven't renewed it since.

Still managed to get bored of it.
Funnily enough, I never did get bored of ICC. We stopped running it once we'd gotten everything but LoD and tried LoD and decided our 25man just wouldn't be able to do this in a reasonable amount of time so stopped since cata was coming soon. The result is I never got bored because once we'd done everything we set out to do, I wasn't being forced to run it anymore and ICC was fun! The content and boss fights were actually fun to do, unlike DS.

DS went overboard a little too much with the teleporters. Yes have them once you've defeated the boss to get access to the deeper parts of the dungeon (Ulduar and ICC got this very right), but not to get to every single flaming boss.... Oh and DS, if you're going to have stuff dropping off trash. ACTUALLY HAVE SOME FUCKING TRASH TO KILL!!!!! And those trinkets that were shared boss loot.... Not even once.
It's a shame, since Spine was a really, really, really good idea. Madness always felt like it was missing a stage (always hoped you'd follow him into the Maelstrom and beat his ass down for the final time in Deepholm.... but noo......).
