It's a thing that some fighters from the Greg Jackson MMA camp do. It's a mental thing. If you can be fine with pinching your nipples in front of millions of people then you got nothing to worry about.

And my fingers are so cold I ahve to type really slowly because I dont hafz much feeling in them.


AND! Renovating crew turned off all our warm water for a week, so I can't even take a hot shower. I'm going to die like this.
Eternal cold, and no hot showers. I won't make it through this winter..
