They could have waited until the project was actually done to write the story instead of using terribly fake looking CG elements.

Going public about this is going to make it really hard for him to hide that he's the caped crusader.
I'm really wishing I hadn't clicked on that link now.

Dude, do I pick on your likings? You style, you're transactions? No. So shut up with "waste of money". He earned his money his way, he should be able to use them as he pleases without you having to interfer saying oh waste of money derp. Usually this is a sign of jelly fishes and you should stop that attitude. A opinion is okey to give, but me more friendly such as. Not exactly my liking but good investment or something instead of c'ming out all negative, oh waste of money
Two million is... less than what I would expect something that ridiculously cool to cost. Did ya'll read the bit how it's accessed from a purpose built study? How in that study is a bookcase with a bust of William Shakespear, and if you turn the head clockwise the grandfather clock in the study opens up to a cylindrical elevator to the theater that requires a fingerprint scan for entry? Awesome.
Either way, I'd spend two million on that and probably live down there lol.
