Dinged 35 and grabbed the heavy armor culture set. My normal tints of Autumn and Tarnished Steel didn't look right so after some experimenting I settled on Cinnamon, Ebony, and Mithril.
And with the helmet turned off but shoulders left on.
Ack!

Hit 35 and bought some armor of the cultural vendor, will look great when i can grab the missing pieces

Not seeing it but I often have issues with imageshack. I usually throw quotes around theirs or use http://imgur.com/ instead.

I tried a green dye set up... Came out looking like a leprechaun. I didn't even get past the dye screen before deciding this was a terrible idea.
His facial expression was the same as mine when I saw this dye scheme.
