I'm a female... I don't find it attractive when guys do it at all. And when girls do it, it's fine to an extent. But when your duck lips look ridiculously huge, it just looks dumb. The first girl in the OP's post looks fine, but the others are doing it over the top. But I don't think it makes them look any more or less attractive, just more or less silly.

i counted 17, wich is a small fraction of the pictures that are actually on there( i didnt bother with the whole page). more girls than just scene girls do it without a doubt

I did google scene girls. On the first page there are two, not 17, girls with a duckface. There were one or two others doing some grimace with the their mouths, but no duckfaces.
