Well, I found a nice cheap plain light blue shirt I can use:

But there is a huge lack of rainbow colored fabrics I could use for the tail. The best I could find was this, and its missing orange and purple.

Already had a plan for the wings to use thin cardboard with fabric cut to wrap around it, and then feed it through the back of the shirt.
Still completely lost on what I'd do for the hair still.

Well that's annoying. In order to get my blacksmith to where he can make what I want him to make, I need to farm up 11 Spirits of Harmony. I haven't even gotten that much on my main yet. :\
