Trix either ticketed it off a inactive low level or grabbed it ages ago.

All the names I have were taken. Just ask a GM to unlock the name. If the person using your name has been idle for like 11 months, the GMs let you steal the name. All good names were taken years ago by people who quit, so it's pretty much a free-for-all. Take any name you want.

I've freed up dozens of names like this. I got my druids name this way, my rogue (Blackjack), Rampage..
I could continue but really, just search the armory and check said character, if it's been inactive for long enough, you're in luck.

Then just send a help request stating you would like to unlock said name due to the fact that said character has been inactive for a long period of time.
If the name you searched for doesn't pop up and still ain't available, it's likely on a char below lvl 10 that hasn't been used for ages.

On a Minecraft related note, Dinnerbone fixed lighting with stairs and slabs and could have fixed the black spots appearing in new worlds. Apparently the black spots change had to be reverted as it caused too many problems. Fucking dammit, lighting with stairs and slabs should be secondary to the black spots in a new world. They ruin the look of minecraft completely!

My guild has enough shamans :P. And only those that have played with me say that I can heal. But the new guild realy hasn't raided with me. (for example sindra hc 2 shot after I joined the raid in my old guild t_t)
