How do challenger quests at the shado-pan daily hub work?

Can I do 1 per day? Are they repeatable? Asking because I want to maximize my daily rep gain (want those shiny weapon enchant recipes) and don't want to miss on any extra rep.

I've only had 2 available(Done the dailies for 4 or 5 days), are they only available with certain criteria met or just randomly attached to certain sets of dailies?

just make sure you don't get the crazy tanking monk to accompany you. I'd swear he has a special ability to keep aggroing more and more people (and unhostile creatures) until you're dead.

Meh, I am the crazy tanking paladin, so its all good. I could aggro the entire island and be fine.
