    I can't transfer my character

    So first I've changed name of my character and now I want to transfer him to another realm and when I try to do this I get this error:

    ERROR: The character received a mail message. Stop the transfer, receive a message from the mailbox and try again.

    What should I do then?

    The problem is most likely in-game mail, if you still get a error after you cancel all auctions, get all in-game mail and leaving your arena team, contact Blizzard support.

    I'm not that stupid... I did that but nothing changed. I'm still getting the same error.
