Are we locked out of sigil's after we get locked on loot in lfr? or is it different because it's a quest item.

Not sure actually. I've had bosses I was locked out of loot for tell me I'm missing out on regular pieces but never been notified about losing out on Sigil's of Power.

Well, I ran a LFR yesterday where I had looted the 3 bosses that were available, and I didn't get any Sigils, so I'm fairly certain that you are locked out from recieving Sigils.

I had 10 sigils, then did a LFR and got a 11th sigil.
I know it's not very related to the OP - but I find it strange that i've got 11 sigils now, I thought it would stop giving them to you at 10 <_<Raxxykins

Well I've ran LFR where I was available to loot all 3 bosses and didn't win any Sigils. Just because you are available to win them doesn't mean you will.
