Hiding other player debuffs on the target

Hello
i would ike to know if there a simple way to hide all other players debuffs on my target without an addon (just leaving mine)
i had that before 5.0.4 and now it seems its gone
there was an option in wow interface but seems it got removed with 5.0.4
or maybe its moved somewhere else and i cant find it

It should still be there, I saw it looking through the options yesterday. Interface-Game-Combat? or Interface-Game-Buffs? I forget.

iam facing the same issue, seems like iam able to hide the buffs but iam unable to hide the debuffs (casted by others) on my target.
