[H] Cadre - 16/16N, 4/16HC 10 man - Recruiting Mage & Warlock

Quick facts:


We are a semi-hardcore 10 man guild.
We are on Twisting Nether - EU
We raid 3 nights per week: Wednesday, Thursday & Sunday from 20:30 to 23:30 server times.
Our goal is to clear all content, normal and heroic, before nerfs hit.
Our way of doing things may be considered strict, but we will not allow 1 person to hold back 9, and therefore keep recruitment open.
We are a guild of only 3 months old, and also new on our server. This has caused problems in recruitment, however we are happy with the raiders we have at the moment, but are recruiting to improve on some DPS positions.


We are currently recruiting:

Extraordinary ranged DPS that know how to blow bosses up while still successfully dealing with boss encounter mechanics. We don't want any more people whose DPS falls flat on its face as soon as they have to deal with some boss mechanics.

Preferring Mage & Warlocks

Any exceptional application will be considered if the attitude feels right.

You have the right class, but do you have the right attitude?

Do the words Dedicated, Focussed and Skilled sound familiar?
Do the phrases multi-tasker, co-ordinated, spacial awareness mean anything to you?
Are you currently in a guild whose goals and ambitions are not quite what you are hoping for, or are their goals and ambitions the same, but your officer team are not pushing hard enough to achieve it?

Cadre may be the right place for you.

Expectations

A gear level of at least 485+ and similar raid experience.

100% Attendance - excluding exceptional circumstances. Our raid timetable is not hard to meet.

200% Focus at all times.

Exceptional play - strive to optimise your characters output, improve your play by learning to maintain performance while under pressure, raid optimised UI to ensure everything you need to see is clearly visible.

Evolving Character Knowledge - you should already know everything to know about your class, but should always strive to learn more.

The attitude of a bawler - no emo nonsense after a wipe, no complaining or argument causing, buck up, work together. If you're not a team player, you're not a Cadre player.

The usual preparation of flasks, foods etc.

Goals

We are semi-hardcore. Our attitude towards raiding is serious, an we therefore expect everybody in our raid group to be putting out the best possible outputs and performances so that we can clear all content on both normal and heroic modes, pre-nerf, while maintaining our 3 day raid schedule.

If you believe that you are ahead of others playing your class, and can put out 110% performance 100% of the time, we could be the right place for you to raid, and a place where you can raid with others of the same mindset.

However, outside of raids we are sociable and run dungeons and what not, when we say serious, it does not mean we are happy to take on miserable drips whose sole purpose in life is raids - we want people who know how to enjoy the game, who can provide constructive criticism to others without being an ass about it.

Current progress is 16/16 Normal. With the right people we will begin to smash heroic mode to pieces.

You should know that it is up to you to prove and earn your core raid spot. Recruitment is a high priority for us and continues until we are 110% satisfied with the people we find. If you are under performing, we WILL tell you and expect you to take this criticism constructively. If the problem is clearly that you are not capable of handling multiple mechanics going on at the same time, we will replace you. The progress of the guild is our main concern, and we can not allow 1 person to hold back 9
