Need some advice on brewmasters stagger

basically seen people saying you need to control stagger etc but i want advice on how to control it well and also a list of good brew master ui im currently lvl 70 and have been doing dungeons from 15-70 with a mate but since hitting northrend dungeons ive been getting 800 stagger per sec although i use guard it dont last long when stagger is high and im pulling a fair amount of mobs so all advice is welcome thanks in advance.

You get this at 75. For the cost of 1 Chi, you remove all your accumulated Stagger.

Learning to use this properly comes much later, is it doesn't really matter overmuch in the lower levels. Basically, your rule of thumb until level 90 should be - if Medium Stagger or higher, use Purifying Brew.

Until you get Purifying Brew at lv75, you may need to not pull as much in Northrend dungeons if your healer is having any issues with your high Stagger.
