Tsulong question

Last week we killed Tsulong pretty comfortable but it left me with a question. When you put a HoT on Tsulong during the breath buff does this HoT remain ticking for it's full effect or will the healing get reduced once the breath buff fades?

But i did critt 2.6-3milj Ahh Shamanz Op mastery on that fight atleast on start=)

As a shaman, you can do crazy HPS when you do the following:

- before he casts the sun breath, cast a riptide on the boss for faster casting time for GHW
- second, cast Unleash Life on Tsulong
- the first GHW will now do incredible healing: +30% for your own buff, +50% for the buff on tsulong, +x% mastery... and if that healing crits, you will have maybe a three million heal and Ancestral Awakening will proc

Sorry, but wrong.

The HoT cast while the buff was up keep ticking hard if the buff is off, until they expired or are refreshed. This is the same basic mechanic of "snapshoting" your current stats and buffs on cast/refresh and keeping it until expiration/refresh, exactly as dot work too.
