Assassin's Creed 3?

Occasionally I grow tierd of World of Warcraft and so I tend to get interested in other games. This year I played Skyrim and Diablo as my secondary games. Unfortunately they got boring eventually as I had completed the same story in Diablo several times and finished most of the storylines in Skyrim. Assassin's Creed has now caught my attention, my question is, would you recommend the game? I want all the gossip, both negative and positive perspectives! Go!

I would only recommend it if you start from the original, 3 starts with a slight back story as to whats gone on so far but theres so much story youd miss and also really good gameplay and other subplots you woul be lost starting at the end
