Actually he might live in Sydney. It's either Sydney or Melbourne but they are both on the same time.

The time zones thing is kind of a necessesity, what we need is less day light savings! That just confuses things and has no real benefit any more (Possibly even a hindrance)

But you can work out all the time differences but as soon as someone goes through Day light savings, it's different! And everyone has it at different times so it's not even consistent like that!
