As in, my videos will buffer normally, but, randomly stop playing and drop to lower quality. (But, it's already freaking buffered...)

Getting this issue with "frothing at the mouth" regularity (Getting super pissed since I can't really even use youtube with this bug or whatever)

I don't only have that problem, I have more problems with Youtube, but only in Chrome for some reason. And it happens on both my laptop and desktop.
-Video not playing even whe buffered.
-Video not buffering at all.
-Player not responding.
-Video's rebuffering when skipping parts.
-Audio stutter.

All of these problems are magically fixed when I go to Youtube in Firefox.
