Okay, so I basically built the computer, but alternate.nl doesn't have the case and dvd burner demonskies recommended me and idk what alternative is best.
Right now I've got these parts:

http://www.alternate.nl/html/product.../?event=search I chose a higher power supply due to my previous GPU overheating and crashing. Had to live without a computer for nearly 3 years. I prefer playing it safe XD

Idk yet about 680. I'm pretty sure I want a 680 now, but there are so many other 680s out there.. so I just chose the one with most reviews and best rating xD - I just noticed this is an Asus gtx 680, is there any difference between nvidia and asus graphics cards?
Like I said, I'm still missing a dvd burner and a desktop case. Anybody got some ideas for me? Also, any other "better" variants of the parts I chose are welcome
Edit: idk how to put web links into text, sorry :S

You might want a better PSU, personally I'd recommend the AX850, or now the AX860i but I've only ever used a Corsair PSU so I'm not really sure what else is out there, and yea, 650 watts may limit possible upgrades in the future and even current performance.
Also nvidia don't actually make the cards, they provide the basic architecture (correct me if I'm wrong) they do provide a "reference" card which are usually the ones in a full shroud with a singe fan at the back. ASUS take the card, change it, overclock it and put a better cooler on basically. But you won't able to go SLI in the future with that card, well on the current motherboard you have selected. The one you have is a triple slot card, meaning if you were to put another in it would completely cut off the top card from any air intake. But if you never plan on going SLI with a 680 then I'd say go for it (I personally have that card myself).
Using a capture card is wise if you want to livestream, pro or not. The item if in the $200 area does the encoding itself relieving the strain on the cpu. It is also nice to be able to have an external video INPUT on your pc. Idk about you but my Xbox is hooked in via cap card so I can use my 2nd monitor to do w/e from emails to xbox. the I7-3820 can overclock just fine it is not limited in the slightest you are just making stuff up, while it may not hold its weight in gaming it has been considered a very optimal CPU for gaming++, quite honestly there is maybe 1-3 people on this forum that have a grasp of whats the FASTEST and what is necessary. The rest are multiplier overclocking sandybridge babies, let us not forget the sandy bridge E platform does also give a crapload of pcie lanes, bandwidth alone. Now if everyone spouts off that the Core i5-2500k is just as good as a 3960x in most gaming cases why would we ever choose a likely = cpu...the other options would be more ideal maybe? Some people have use for more pcie lanes running @ full speed.
However contrary to my rant I'd not recommend this build when even the AMD offering w/ the 8350 would be a better choice dollar for dollar, maybe if you were absolutely going to stream a lot and do a lot of video work this would be a decent choice but meh i5-3570k will be more than enough, hell even the Fx-4300 is enough for what you are looking for, noone will be honest enough to tell you that but it is true.

It's still wasted money when you're getting started up. Easy purchase later if you're actually getting serious with it.
It's limited to gears ratio which you may or may not be able to set to 1.25. That's all the overclocking options 3820 has so it's very limited in all senses of the word. 3930X and 3960X that has both gear ratio and multiplier settings on the other hand has unlimited overclocking options. I'm quite sure you aren't so limited you can't see the difference.
Yeah, those who use three or four graphics cards at one time. Other than that, no.
Never going to log into this garbage forum again as long as calling obvious troll obvious troll is the easiest way to get banned.
Trolling should be.
i would replace the mobo/cpu/ram with this bundle (http://www.alternate.nl/html/product.../?tk=7&lk=4850) only few bucks more but worth it due to the mobo.
for the cooler take a http://www.alternate.nl/html/product.../?event=search, quiet and cools very very good.
as for the gpu a single tripple slot cooler might be better but kills the option to go sli later on. (or atleast makes it very inefficient in regards to cooling)
if you don't want to go double graphics card in the future that asus works fine else http://www.alternate.nl/html/product.../?event=search strikes a nice middle ground between good single and double card cooling.
Okay so now I have these:

Am I missing anything besides the case and dvd burner/driver thingy?
Answering your question, Shroudster, I might go double GPU in the future, I just want to be able to upgrade as much as possible. Even when I probably won't be, I just want to have the oppertunity to be able to, you know.
Also, answering all of the other questions/replies. I'm not planning on overclocking anything. I really do not like overclocking because of past experience... Also, it's true that if I will ever livestream more hardcore, I'll always have the chance to buy a capture card. So that one will stay put for now.
I also put in the XS850 in my list now. I didn't know the one I chose would limit my upgrade possibilities for in the future.
I personally wouldnt get the evga 680 (i wouldnt even go for a 680 in the first place). I would pick this one instead
http://www.alternate.nl/html/product...tning/1015085/
It is only 10 euro's more expensive, but it is slightly faster. And i have more faith in the cooling on the msi than the evga. Plus the custom pcb and stuff like that is very nice.
well if no oc'ing you could get a way smaller cooler. (still would a low 4-4,2Ghz oc be a bad thing in your eyes?, likely doable on stock voltage)
case depends allot on what you want (full/mid/mini tower, colors, shapes ,side window etc)
standard dvd burner/writer costs +- 18/19 euro for a basic samsung one.
also everyone around his got his own favorite brand in regards to products. (each one got minor pro's and con's when compared to each other)
getting pre-built or building self?
Will most likely have to build it myself, unless that website also builds the computer for me.
Also, the reason I didn't prefer OCing would be because I have never really done it. I don't know what the limits are for OCing. Heck, I think my laptop is OCed on stock settings. What does 4-4,2ghz mean btw? Do you mean like 4 to 4.2 ghz overclocking? Also, when it comes to cooling I prefer to have a bit of an overkill cooler than one that just doesn't cut it and ends up burning my computer :P
I'm also in-experienced with those towers. What tower would I need for the parts I chose? And like I asked before, am I missing a part that I need for a computer besides the case/dvd burner? >.<
Will any dvd burner work? Or does it have to be compatible with certain components?
alright pc numbers , the cpu we're talking about runs a standard speed of 3,4Ghz by overclocking you can set it to run higher while not changing voltage but it can create more heat. (see it more like tuning a car to make it go faster)
towers are there in many shapes and sizes we can merely suggest what to look at since the list is huge (lots of cases in the thread http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/...setup!/page473)
any dvd burner will work (just check the connector which is 99/100 times sata 2 or 3)
alternate can fully assemble your system for 50 euro, however i'd could also help you build it if you live nearby perhaps? (building rigs is fun already ^^)

Hmkay, what tower would you recommend? The thing I'm worried about is that the computer parts wont fit you know. Also, will a higher tower lower the combined heat inside of my desktop? Since the parts will be further away from eachother and stuff?
Building the desktop won't be a problem I think. My father will be able to help me out, and he built our previous desktop. Combined with some videos on Youtube (if even necessary) should help us just fine.
I was thinking about this tower myself btw http://www.alternate.nl/html/product...assName=pccase
Is this dvd burner compatible with the tower I chose? http://www.alternate.nl/html/product.../?tk=7&lk=3946
What do you think about the GPU MSI N680GTX Lightning Zeara recommended me, shroudster? Would that one be better than the evga 680? I looked it up but it's kinda confusing >.<

it is a big tower (mid towers work perfect for gaming rigs already because big tower is just overkill size wise)
http://www.alternate.nl/html/product.../?tk=7&lk=3865 if you like green ^^ (try searching for mid towers is more effective unless you don't mind a truly huge tower)
MSI lightning sucks compared to the Asus gtx 680 dc2t.
The Asus runs @ stock 1201MHz on core clock which boosts later to 1254MHz. Also you can pretty much chunk it up to 1250MHz which boosts to 1300MHz.
I have 1300MHz on the core and 7600MHz on the memory on STOCK voltages & power. But the Asus bios is slight different because during boost the Vcore reduces to 1.14V. I'm pretty sure if this would run @ 1.23V it's going to be a kick ass card. Especially it's much quieter.
My opinion, go for a gtx 680 instead of a 670. 670's are running 14° hotter and they reach easily 70° during gaming which means that the boost clock is going to throttle down.
True, I wasn't looking at the options on the left side. Didn't see midi-tower there. >.<
I've got no clue about the triple slot and stuff. It's just that shroudster recommended me that graphics card if my intentions were to ever go with a second graphics card. :S
So the lightning is a better alternative to the evga geforce gtx 680 with better cooling, right? Of course I'll be rolling with extra built in fans, too if that matters.

Lol haha. I have a big tower now and I'm starting to hate it HARD. Very HARD. The nzxt phantom is not even big enough for me. If I'm building a PC with a midtower case, it's fucking hard to reach sometimes a cable :s
There's always something I'm disliking about cases. With my phantom, I'm having a chunk of cables in the back and it's annoying to attach the panel because the cables are too fat and there is not enough space. If I want to switch the fans on my H100, I have to take the radiator fully out >.<
Midtowers are fine for people who just wants to build a pc only and no modding/tweaking..
