I know what it's called, it doesn't change the fact they still got reinforcements. And the only indication we have that the 4 of them would be enough is the Dalek's own self boasting, we never see them taking on all 5 million themselves.

Cybermen weapons weren't able to do anything about the Daleks while one attack from the Daleks destroyed the Cybermen.
It was just a question of time, really.

Yup.

(Also, the idea of a Dalek/Cyberman alliance still terrifies me.)

That's just them boasting. Now, I'm sure those Daleks could destroy all the Cybermen, but we don't see them doing it in the episode, therefore it is still ambiguous as to whether they can, though evidence from other episodes and official sources support the idea that they could.

Well, the Daleks did kill Jack. Then he got revived by Rose. And the Face of Boe was just pretending. If that's not it I have no fucking clue how it happened, it just doesn't make sense.
