    Got a question about Ram

I have been using http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ls_o03_s00_i03 and OC to 1866 which dropped my cas down to 9-10-10-27. I was just wondering if those numbers are any good or should I get different ram. I had to replace the ones I had since my MB and CPU fried when my PSU went. I game quite a bit so if I did get new ram I would save the corsair ones for another build I'm going to be working on.

Currently looking at http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231568 as a replacement/upgrade. Is it worth it or just keep the Corsair ram?

For gaming the cas latency realy does not matter, cas only helps a bit when working with editing and other very high memory related stuff.
I think you should just keep your ram the cas latency you have does not warrant any upgrading.

Faster ram, or lower CAS latencies, will really not help, especially if you are using an Intel CPU. Furthermore, 16gb will likely not help over 8gb, unless you are doing something very ram intensive (not gaming)
