1. What happened to Time Off (increase rested exp accumulation twice as fast)? I don't see it as a guild perc anymore, and other websites say nothing of it going away.

2. If I have 5 million rested exp, how does Inner Peace work? Will it give me 10 million, or did I really have 2.5 million and it gave me 5 million instead? So confusing.

Looks like Time Off never made it to live
