Disconnected HDD SATA interface briefly, all file paths changed?

    Hey people,

I've got a tough one right here, i once disconnected my alternative HDD from it's SATA port to quickly swap in a DVD drive (don't ask why, it's not really relevant). The problem is, many file paths changed from D:\ to E:\ Which is a virtual drive (iso's).

Now, i also had my libraries on the Alternative drive, but it lost connection with those and so automatically turned back to C:\'s default.
I put the libraries back in place where i want them, but they don't seem to be interactive with the other files like they used to be because all the path listings changed.

Anyone know how to get those path listings back to D:\ ?

go into drive manager (right click start in 8, right click my computer in 7), right click the drive and select change paths or drive letter

What exactly do you mean by Libraries, because that could be a lot of things to some people.
