Forsaken in general are capable of feeling a wide range of emotions, why would Sylvanas be any different?

Bwahahaha! I chuckled at that. How did I never read or even think of that before?

again, undeath keeps your body working even though it's not supposed to work anymore. just because your heart doesn't beat doesn't mean your blood is static within you. it's all about magic. even cannibalize involves magic (undead bodies don't heal by themselves, but if you eat meat, your body magically uses that meat to remake your own flesh).

but even if the undead really can't get a boner, all they have to do is to get a knife, a stick and do some "self surgery"

so I'd say sylvanas can probably have sex, but she might not be interested on it, since she was really really vain while alive, so it's possible she doesn't want people to see her rotten nethers.

also: here's some in-game undead porn from the scourge

I seem to remember doing quests involving one half of a couple still being alive and grieving their lost loved ones, but I can't think of an existing Forsaken couple. Forsaken, including Sylvanas, definitely still have emotions, though. There are plenty of examples of that.

They are probably the grumpiest of the races, though.

I think the issue is the ESRB rating. blizz doesn't want to put explicit necrophilia in the game because it could affect the rating, diminishing their potential audience.

I can barely believe the scourge porn book found it's way in-game lol

as long as you stitch it back together neatly and keep the stick on the inside of your equipment, no one will ever notice it
