Watched half of ep 29 last night before bed, and they start a bit with SPARTA in the first few episodes

It's pretty much Commander, Haha and Gary in the chasing team against the rest + guests in the hiding team almost every episode in the beginning. They twist it sometimes though.

Kwangsoo, Jaesuk and Suk Jin are already calling themselves the jail group x)

I do find it strange that she name changed but yea the few songs I'd heard from her I didn't find good until I saw On the River which is great.

But yea, listening to the two other songs linked above, shake is quite nice but good protein for you...I'm surprised that's even allowed to be called a song! o.o

It got me thinking. After watching the 2 episodes that had After School's Lizzy as a guest, why doesn't After School release many full albums?

After reading on the running man wiki page, Lizzy was actually a permanent member for a while. She started off as a guest just like Jihyo, only Lizzy had so many other activities that she was rarely on it. She'll turn up for a few more episodes for you I think.

..and dunno, After School is kinda like A Pink for me. Few good songs but overall meh.

Wish they did! Especially because After School has this strange thing where the songs that don't have MVs are often way better than the ones that do. Like with their recent release Heaven, Heaven is good but Crazy Driver is great!

Meh, can you blame me for not liking EVERY girl group out there? IIRC "Dressing Room" is a good After School song. Or at least some song on the same mini because I've even made an After School folder and a list for that mini in spotify. Must've done it for a reason o:
