Guys I really don't know what the fuck is this.. This model have a size in files for all Races called: Helm_SunCrown
Dunno is Blizzard implementing some kind of legendary crown for transmogrification. In the video there is also included new sound speach from Wrathion called: VO_52_Wrathion_Legendary_Crown_Pickup

Random proc when you have the legendary meta equipped? Maybe an affect for when he finishes crafting it, the same way he did for the legendary gem?

It wouldn't surprise me if that is the proc animation for the new Legendary Meta Gems.

I wonder how that's going to work. Is it just a proc animation? Is it up all the time as long as you have it equipped? Does it show on top of the helm or override it? Can you toggle it's display off while keeping the helm display on and vice versa?

If you can keep both the Crown and the helm display on at the same time at all times, imagine using that + Crown of Destruction. You can have both a halo and devil horns, both made of fire! Either way it seems pretty cool imo.

The "icon" on the forehead would seem to imply that it's a permanent fix instead of a proc.

Hopefully it will be like the Shado-pan hat and is a purely aesthetic item that is transmoggable for all armor types.
