How do you remove this!?!?!? It drives me crazy. When your in combat / have agro it appears, There is also a green version that appears to.
It covers up my runes just slightly, and it annoys me so much.

Sir how long have you been playing this game, or have you recently had eye surgery to correct an acute colour blindness?
...if you are serious just get some frames addons and replace the default frames.I have eaten all the popcorn, I left none for anyone else.

It wasnt like this before the patch in pvp. Just saying. And if it was, The glow was under the runes, not over.

This happens whenever you are in pvp combat or have the most threat in pve.

it was for me. it's possible an addon you had before the patch was interfering with it and that's why you never saw it.
