Human racials will never be nerfed, Dwarf racials will never be buffed.. Blizzard just doesn't care about race balance, it just isn't important to them. They care only about class balance. Any mention of racial imbalance is just "Oh its a cosmetic issue, k" No Blizzard, it isn't. Humans looked the same BEFORE getting Every Man for Themselves, and since then there are twice as many Human players in PvP.
But they don't care, they don't care....
