He saw his master get corrupted by the abyss, leaving a part of his tormented self behind so that his only friend would not share his faith. I do not think it's coincidence that you have to fight Sif to get the ring that will allow you to walk in the abyss. I think that he is guarding his grave, yes, but he is also keeping others from the terrible fate of Artorias. Then rather slay them himself. It's a more honorable death.

Hello again everypony. I ended up going to the hospital shortly after my last post since the pain was such that if it was something serious, I knew I'd be screwed if I didn't go. Luckily the results came back showing I didn't have any gastrointestinal bleeding like I thought I did, so it's mostly down to my stomach being a little bitch and producing much more acid than it should be. Which I have medication for now, and there will be a follow-up doctor's visit to a specialist to absolutely nail down the problem and make sure it won't be an issue.

Wow, I'm sorry I keep doing this, but it reminds me again of my issue. The doctors' only guess a long time ago was the same, that my stomach produced too much acid. So, 15 years ago, and I haven't been back to the doctor since. I had frequent stomachaches (and still do, up until a few months ago, though sometimes it seems to come and go), and I never knew why.

So, 15 years ago, and I haven't been back to the doctor since. I had frequent stomachaches (and still do, up until a few months ago, though sometimes it seems to come and go), and I never knew why.

No need to feel sorry. Everyone has their own body troubles.

It's a bit odd though. My dad and I have been having almost exactly the same symptoms. Then today at the store both of our right knees started hurting.
