Account terminated.

Hey.

So I played GW2 a bit when it got released, but my PC wasn't quite powerful enough to play it. I stopped playing, till now.
Now that I have a new PC, I wanted to try GW2 again! So first, I couldnt log in. So I changed my password with some help, and I could login again.
Upon logging in, I got the following message:

"Your Guild Wars 2 account has been terminated due to botting, extended unattended play, using macros, or similar behavior.
Attempting to automate gameplay through any means or attempting to circumvent idle-time restrictions in any way is in violation of the User Agreement
and Rules of Conduct. The account closure is permanent."

So.. I havent played since begin september, so I guess I got hacked and than got banned? Is there any way to get my account back?

I think you're probably right, you got hacked, they used it to bot with, and you got banned.

Create a support account first.

Then go here.
