<UNUSED> Quest? Lolwut?

I was doing a Hc dungeon the other day when a guy shared a quest with me, It seems as so the quest was deleted but not removed from some peoples quest logs so people still have them in their quest logs.. and now a guy shared it with me so I do aswell.. Anyone has an idea of where this came from orginally or what quest it originally was? I just thought it was kinda weird, interesting and perhaps worth posting.

Nope, not heard of this before. Will be fixed at some point I don't doubt, but fun little thing to have till then, I guess. I'm not much into rarities like that, I'd look at it, chuckle, then promptly delete it, cause it has no use and looks untidy in my questlog.
