I've seen many reasons why raids are bad or good, but never this before. He thinks SoO is bad simply because it's in Org and Org already existed in the game before SoO.

I'm pretty sure that was one of the main complaints about Dragon Soul being in Dragonblight and all.

DS was bad because it was a raid that we had for ages. With only 8 bosses and little trash to tide over the monotony. The location was the least of it's problems.

I like DS.

I did 3 full HC clears at the end of the tier as well each week. How good a raid is gets decided based on how fun I had at the time IE, hardly nothing to do with the tier.

Ah Karazhan, how I loved you. And how I loved getting the wotlk baby friends lost in there. Karazhan is the best, Naxx was great too.
I didnt hate DS really. I'm just saying people were hating on the same thing there already.

DS had some fun bosses (blob boss comes to mind) and some bad parts (those fucking drakes >.<) but overall I thought it was a poor end of expansion raid

I liked DS. Maybe because it was my first time clearing heroic when it's current, but I don't care. For me it's more about the raiding itself than where we are or how it looks.
Don't think I'll ever understand how someone can complain about the siege of Orgrimmar being in Orgrimmar
