Where do you get your sample of normal people o.O A lot of jobs start between 8-8:30.

Not on MMOC that's for sure. :P

For jobs here in the US it really depends on what field you are in and who you have to deal with. I lived on the west coast (PST), but the field I was in meant I had to do a lot of work with guys in Florida (EST) which is 3 hours ahead. It's honestly not that uncommon for people to work early hours. That and I grew up in Las Vegas which is a 24 hour town.

Mornings. I much prefer flexible hours instead of being forced to start at 8AM. Starting at 9AM seems so much more reasonable.

Ye, different timezones. We don't have those. Can almost assure you that working times would be different if there wouldn't be a time difference between different parts of the US.

Working 11AM-11PM Mon,Wed and Fri is just mean. Tuesday is housework and cinema day. Thursday is do nothing and WoW raid day. Saturday is 10AM-8PM which isn't so bad, but I like to spend the evening with the partner. Sunday is 11AM-7PM then raid day.

And mornings are the worst.

My schedule for next semester starts at 8 Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Wednesday is at 11 and Thursday is off. So internship in the afternoons and Thursday.
