You are looking for airflow fans, quiet ones. Remember, keep a positive airpressure in the case. That means more intakes than exhaust fans. Good brands: Corsair, Noctua, Scythe, Fractal Design (cheapest and worst out of these, but quiet), Noiseblocker, Yate Loon, Bitfenix. If you can fit 140mm's go for them. If not go for 120mm's. Don't fill up your rig with max amount of fans if it can be avoided, usually a 3x120mm intake and a 140mm exhaust is more than enough. These should be placed so that you don't disrupt any airflow and create hotpockets. Hope that's helpful to you.
So if you where too look at my case specs, so that you know what fans it can hold could you suggest what size i get and how many?
So i don't mess it up :/
