Theres couple of ideas bliz hasnt used yet.
Chimera- basically a hybrid monster of lion, goat and a snake
Cockatrice - hybrid of lizard and a rooster
Mimic - Can transform into objects, most common a treasure chest
Floating brain- Think of Grell from D&D
Hippocampus - A water horse like thingm with webbed crown and fins
Nuckelavee - A skinned horse like being with a monstrous man like torso growing in the middle of its back
Fachan - One armed, one legged and one eyed being
Mummy - undead wrapped being
