Region issues with an addon

I wanted to install Fnx's UI (Fnx UI) but I'm running into a problem.

I've changed all the folder names to the correct names that match my account, yet when I try to login I'm getting an error stating either my password is incorrect or I'm trying to login to a WoW client that does not match my region.

Fnx plays on the Euro client and I'm on the US client so I guess that's where the cause is, yet I am unable to find any region related files in his UI. I've contacted him but while he has heard of other people having had the same issue he didn't know how to solve it.

Has anyone encountered a similar case as this, or knows of any files that contains region specific information?

Change "SET locale "enGB" " in /WTF/config.wtf to "SET locale "enUS" "

Try closing WoW, renaming the WTF\config.wtf file to something else and starting / trying to log in again.
