Concepts like this don't provide enough material for full classes. Like Demon Hunters, Blademasters, and Naga Sea Witches, they are too limited, and don't provide the necessary amount of diversity. All of WoW's classes a broad archetypes that can be utilized by multiple races, and both factions.

This just doesn't cut the mustard in those respects, though it is a fun idea.

Yeah I know m8 I, personally, would be very disappointed if blizz brought in Class that comes from only one faction (like Wardens). Wardens are Alliance only, even only Night elfish, class. I was just commenting on one thread when This idea came into my head. So I thought why not to open a thread to have so fun.

More then Class introduction I like Lore which I wrote about Maiev (lol).

But imo warden could make good class because this class has developed greatly in books and WC3. Maiev specialized in Teleports, expert dagger throwing, in Melee combat with Umbra Crescent, she was tough in throwing Glaives, making expert Traps and paralyzing shots etc. Its quite unique class. Close to engineer in GW2

Thats for sure ! Even Blizzard stated that "we are bringing him back" when one of fans asked about Villains bodies like Arthas and Illidan. Blizz stated that Arthas body is being buried somewhere but Illidan is most likely coming back so ....

    Edit :

During the Blizzcon 2010 World of Warcraft Quest and Lore Q&A panel, Chris Metzen was asked about the possibility of Illidan being revived or redeemed, and Metzen replied that it was something he would really like to do and that he is a sucker for a good redemption story.[12]

At the Blizzcon 2011 World of Warcraft Open Q&A panel, Metzen was again asked about reviving Illidan. He asked the crowd if it was something they would like to see, the crowd exploded and cheered in response, and he said they would work on it.[13] He later revisited the topic during the World of Warcraft Lore Q&A panel, after being asked about the dead bodies of important villains. Metzen indicated that based on fan reaction they would most likely bring Illidan back, and would have to decide on a way to revive him, noting that his corpse would be very significant.[13]

Of course they cheered, illidan is possibly only night elf with something similar to spine and badassery. Rest of that pathetic race deserves nothing short of extermination, and he is only one who can stop that judgement.

Illidan is the one who ruined Night elven Traditions. Night elves did use magic ! Night elven society was divided and Highborne never were accepted among night elves.
Illidan was just self caring moron who is much like Blood elves. No surprise they got along quite easily.

Have you seen him Loyal to someone ??? Use common sense, that character is not stable he will betray ANYONE for the Magic/Powers sake. He even lost his love because his instability. Tyrande too loved him but it wasnt enough for Illidan we hungered for power so he ended up ALONE with his demons. How can one love that character its hard to understand for me.

The idea of another physical DPS ranged class is interesting, but what most attracts me above all is the idea that the night elves re-adopt their ancestral customs, that they are no longer mere servants of humans and the Alliance in general: the Kal'dorei need more independence, more autonomy and more confidence.

Also, the idea of giving greater prominence to Maiev is certainly another great success, she deserves something like that.

They are night elf only, but it is conceivable that a night elf could teach the skills of a warden to a member of another race, but so far as anyone knows, this has never been done
So it is possible to share Wardens powers to others make them equally powerful.
But, there is one big BUT
All current wardens are members of the Alliance, though it is possible that a warden might break from the Alliance after learning her abilities. Night elves certainly don't train wardens who are not loyal to them
No way they teach their techniques to Horde or even a Gnome. Most of Night elves dont respect them.
These Class is so much unique and Epic :
"The night elf, Cordana Felsong steps from the shadows as if emerging from a dark pool, her delicate features forming in front of those she encounters. Tall and lithe, she wears no armor but carries an impressive silvery blade as if it weighed nothing. Her cool gaze sweeps across them, and they feel as if they have been judged - and barely deemed acceptable. Cordana uses her spell-like abilities to appear and disappear within shadow. She casts silence first, to unnerve her opponents and to prevent spellcasters from using verbal spell components. Then she targets one foe and appears from the darkness nearby, attacking swiftly and retreating for another pass."

EDIT: Better to call them Jasticar as their whole concept of fighting and Living is Justice. This name will completely separate them From Rogues.

Warden would work better than a tinker class. Good idea spichora.
