    Legacy of the White Tiger and other specs.

    I have been trying to wrap my head around this and I guess I'm just trying to figure out why they just don't have this buff for all specs of monks, the other specs want crit way more the WW would. Just annoying not having a crit buff in my raid when the druid is out....

    It seem to fit druid application of the crit buff. Up to MoP only feral could buff crit, it only turned into two druid spec's after they split Bear and Kitty spec up

    Mages and hunters applied Crit aswell
