Thats not Netflix at fault thats Canada, the really screen what they allow Netflix to stream there. Also most of those 1800 titles have a viewerbase of about 37 people globally so no big loss.

You don't need any complicated proxy setup for the U.S. netflix to work. Search for "hola unblocker" if you're in chrome (or maybe it's for firefox too, I don't know), install it, activate it and go to netflix (you'll have to close all your old tabs with them so your session ends; same reason why just refreshing won't work). Should be simple as that, and works for me
