This was a Garrison Mission correct? Never seen it yet with my Garrisons so not sure what, if anything, is needed for this to show up?

IIRC it's called 'Breaker Two', and it's a Naval mission.

It should have the same requirements as the other rare Naval missions, e.g. a certain amount of followers at il 675 and a level 3 dock or w/e it's called.

Also, it literally sells for 5k on many servers.

It's a normal mission not a naval one, the naval one is the riverbeast.

I didn't see the mission for weeks, but after getting MY item level up after a point, I saw it in the available missions the day after. It took me 89 Lunarfall Carps to get the Riding Turtle.
