    Much better (and bigger) monitor, much better GPU, better quality PSU.

    Edit: I see I forgot mouse and keyboard, Sidewinder x4 is good, Logitech G400 for the mouse. Will that fit your budget or do we need to tweak it?

    Add another CORSAIR XMS 8GB for dual channel. The overall price is still less than 2x4 ram.
    8700K (5GHz) - Z370 M5 - Mugen 5 - 16GB Tridentz 3200MHz - GTX 1070Ti Strix - NZXT S340E - Dell 24' 1440p (165Hz)

    You get 16gb of ram when you order that combo. Not that op would ever need that but you can rma the corsair and get the rebate I imagine for 84.99 more in savings bringing the cpu, ram and a 134.99 mobo price to to around $250.

    No that isn't less if you have to buy an extra tick of RAM. The price in the build is $351, the combo is $343 = $8 difference and I don't get where you see that you're getting 16GB, is it added when you order? (yes there is a $20 rebate card but you still have to pay more initially and it's never 100% you get the rebate) either way I'm not saying it's not a good deal and by all means get it just make sure you get the appropriate amount of RAM.

    Edit:

    I still don't see how that's 16GB RAM that you mentioned earlier and to be honest it sounds really dumb and complicated but whatever floats your boat.

    ASRock Z77 Extreme4 has currently offer in Newegg of free 8GB RAM stick shipping with it. That + extra 8GB stick should iin theory be 16GB. What I do not know is that will there be extra stick also with this bundle or not.

    Ah I see, thanks for clarifying. I just didn't see the extra RAM in the bundle that's why I was/am confused. As I said earlier get whatever deal is the best, however you wanna deal with it (no pun intended).

    Extreme4 Z77 = 125 $
    3570K = 210 $
    2x4 56$
    Overall = 391

    Newegg combo = 343

    + Another stick of 8gb ram = 388 $

    You do get 2x8 gb ram with the combo also which you can sell the one stick.

    First off I wasn't aware you got 2 sticks until you told me, it's not very obvious since the bundle says 1x8GB but I do see it added when you add the bundle to your "shopping cart". Secondly the $351 is the price of the parts in my build suggestion, not $391.

    Yes, you save $8 and you get a different motherboard and 16GB of RAM. That's great thanks making us aware of this offer, it is a nice deal indeed.

    and if you choose so you can RMA the corsair stick from the bundle and save 64.99 off of 343 and i believe you can send the rebate in for another $20. $258 for that mobo, processor and decent ram is pretty good.
