People who do this should be unable to visit other nations for at least 10 to 15 years. This boy has no right to visit any other nation unless it was for medical or education. You know china would throw a shit fit if a American went over to forbidden palace and put joe bob was here on some irreplaceable statue. So they should do something like make this kid do community service every weekend til he is 18 save for one weekend a month.
