BF4 Military Uniforms

Hello everyone,

Before I start I would to ask to be forgiven my ignorance.

Today I went to a military surplus store to pick cammies that closely resemble this:



The man told he could not help me because it was concept art and nothing existed that resembled it. Now, I know nothing of the military so I said no problem and I would return with more references. So I was hoping those with military (uniform) knowledge could help me. EA/DICE has been releasing screenshots for Battlefield 4 and maybe you guys could point out to me how to request these type of items (and I know these are all concept/imaginary but they must come close to something that exists). Should I ask for a specific military branch? What names/patterns should I request? Also, knee pads, straps, backpacks, and gloves. Is there a specific type/name of these I should look into? Trousers are most definitely Crye Precision (with removable knee pads) - but enjoy forking out for those, they're about £180.
Shirt looks like an UBACS (Under-body Armour Shirt) probably from Crye (but a lot of companies make them) too.

Most likely they're in MTP pattern/multicam: Multi-Terrain pattern.
