Hello!

I'd like to know from someone who has brought down this guy how to manage phase 1. I know it's pretty RNG but how did you guys do it? Picking up the 3 adds and burst them at the same time? Im getting to phase 2 with 50 seconds left and he kills me at 25%+ .

as soon as you get teleported into the arena, stay on top of Ahoo'ru...that way the distance to the first angel is as short as possible. remember also that if you hug a corner, the stars won't hit you, so there is your safe spot.


what I did (as an elemental shaman) I picked up the first angel, dpsed him a bit until I could get the second one, dpsed him until the 3rd one.....so I had 3 angels up simultaneously. If you bring the first angel down to 50%, then the next and so on, you will run out of time....you need to dps them at the same time (thats what I did).

50secs. should be enough for phase 2, its all about tweeking phase 1 into perfection.

also: don't dps ahoo'ru before phase 1 starts and he kneels down, it will procc your trinkets/meta gem and we want that for the fighting and not or running around and picking up angels.

This is exactly how I beat him as a Ret paladin. I picked up 3 Angels asap, cleaved them down and after that it becomes a lot easier.

Practice makes perfect (Luckily with Hexon, I have played so much Hexagon games in the past xD)

I'm going to be the odd one out here.

I started on Ahoo'ru as soon as I could to build 5 HP.
I then jumped on the first guardian and positioned him to be opposite the next one. Once he was at 50% I simply ran to the next.
I used bubble, DP and AM for running through orbs if really needed to save time, and then topped myself up with insta FoL.
Continued till I got to P2 (around 40s remaining iirc)
Popped all CD's and just melted the boss. Hand of Purity is amazing for soaking the orbs to trivialise that aspect, otherwise it's just dps away.

All done with around 514 ilvl (although weapon was 528)
